#4 Dan Presland (Ne Obliviscaris)
Monday Jun 11, 2018
Monday Jun 11, 2018
Dan Presland is the drummer for Ne Obliviscaris and a plethora of other studio-projects. Not only does he join me in the lower-melanin portion of the population, but he's also on the road for prolonged periods of time and manages to balance multiple gym sessions and a ridiculous amount of drum practice into his day.
We discuss his tour regiment (for European countries) his workout goals, expectations and psychology. As well as his experience with fasting, and fasted cardio!
Dan Endorses Vic Firth, Pearl drums, Zildjian cymbals and Remo.
